There have been some people who have bought the game that were having a problem with hanging on the loading screen, but it seems to be solved by following one of these EngrishySupportSteps

(To elaborate, there are apparent conflicts with the NOD32 and Mcaffee virus scanners - both of these problems can be rectified.)

Important note: The game server (including UCGO signup page) go down for maintenance daily at 1am GMT - adjust for your timezone as appropriate. Downtime is for three hours (until 4am GMT) - yes, I know it's a long time, but it's off-peak for Japan at least.

First things first - get the game client Here. Install it, fully patch it up, and RUN THE GAME to test it works before buying PLEASE! Do not even BEGIN on the signup part until you've done this!
